Between the ceremony and the reception dinner there is usually an hour, sometimes two, when the photographer has the couple and the guests have nothing to do. An Italian cocktail hour fills it: a cold glass in the hand, something to eat, and conversation starts on its own.
How we set it up
- A bar counter: Bar Basic (prosecco, spritz, soft drinks, water) or Bar All In (plus beer)
- A Salumi & Formaggi counter, or the Cold Antipasti Buffet if you prefer
- Two hours of service, so it also covers the start of dinner if yours runs late
Prices (+ VAT 10%)

Coordinating with your caterer
If a sit-down dinner is being served by another caterer, our counters work alongside them without getting in the way. We set up in a separate spot, serve, and clear before the first course. Tell your caterer we are coming; that is usually the whole conversation.
Terms
All prices are + VAT 10%. Each service runs for 2 hours; an extra hour is €200. Transport is €250 within 80 km of Siena, charged once, because everything travels in one vehicle. Beyond 80 km it is quoted separately.
Quick answers
