Tuscan summers are hot, and a lot of party food does not survive them. A cold buffet does: rice salad, cold pasta and vegetables are meant to be eaten at room temperature.

Terms
All prices are + VAT 10%. Each service runs for 2 hours; an extra hour is €200. Transport is €250 within 80 km of Siena, charged once, because everything travels in one vehicle. Beyond 80 km it is quoted separately.
