Most couples planning a wedding in Tuscany are doing it from the US, the UK or Australia, months ahead, without ever seeing the venue in person. The hardest part is budgeting for something nobody will quote you until you ask. So here is our whole price list, in public.
Short version: a pizza food truck for a Tuscan wedding starts at €2,250 for up to 30 guests and goes up to €5,850 for 100 guests with beverages and antipasti. VAT and transport are already inside those numbers. Below is every band, what changes between them, and what you still have to arrange yourself.
Our 2027 prices
All prices include VAT and include transport of the truck and the oven anywhere in Tuscany. Every package is 3 hours of service, with 4 types of pizza chosen with you in advance, and pizza is unlimited throughout the service.

The up-to-30 rate applies to any group of 30 guests or fewer, including very small parties. The beverage service covers still water, beer, Coca-Cola, spritz and prosecco.

What it does not include
We do not provide tables and chairs. Your venue or your rental supplier arranges those. Everything else we bring, set up, run and take away ourselves.
Which package couples usually pick
It depends on what the evening has to do. If your venue or your planner is already handling drinks, pizza only is enough and you pay for nothing twice. If you want one supplier to cover the whole evening, the beverage package adds still water, beer, Coca-Cola, spritz and prosecco. The antipasti package is for the evenings where people arrive early and stand around for a while before eating.

How the cost compares per guest
Because the bands are flat, the cost per guest falls as the group grows. Up to 30 guests, pizza only works out at €75 per person at 30 guests. At 100 guests the same package is €32.50 per person. Small groups pay for the truck, the pizzaiolo and the journey just as a large group does, which is why the up-to-30 rate applies to any group of 30 or fewer.
Booking
A percentage deposit confirms your date. The exact amount is stated in your quote. Dates in the Tuscan wedding season tend to go early, so it is worth checking availability before anything else.
Questions couples ask about the price
- Is transport extra? No. Transport of the truck and oven anywhere in Tuscany is inside the price.
- Is VAT extra? No. Every figure above already includes VAT.
- Is there a limit on how much pizza guests eat? No. Pizza is unlimited for the full 3 hours.
- Can we go over 100 guests? Write to us with the number and the venue and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it well.
- Do you charge more for a remote villa? No. Tuscany is Tuscany, transport is included.
