Pizza vans are a familiar sight at weddings in the UK and Australia. In Tuscany the idea is the same, with two differences: the pizza is Neapolitan, and the setting is usually a villa in open countryside rather than a marquee in a field.
The pizza
Authentic Neapolitan dough (T.O.P.N.), matured 24 hours, baked in the gas oven on board. Four types, chosen with you in advance, unlimited for the full three hours. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available.

Gas, not wood
Our oven runs on gas. Plenty of Tuscan venues refuse wood or open flame outdoors in summer, and that restriction rules out a lot of catering options. It does not affect us.
When couples use it
- The welcome dinner, when guests arrive from three continents at different hours
- Late at night, after the formal dinner and a few hours of dancing
- The day after, by the pool, with the people who stayed
What you arrange
Tables and chairs, if you want any. A flat parking spot for the van and a drivable route to it. Everything else — oven, dough, ingredients, staff, clear-up — is ours.
Prices
Published in full: from €2,250 for up to 30 guests, VAT and transport across Tuscany included, up to €5,850 for 100 guests with beverages and antipasti. A percentage deposit confirms the date and the exact amount is written in your quote.
Welcome dinner, late-night pizza or the day after — the weddings page covers each.
