The welcome dinner: the evening before the wedding, catered at your villa

The night before a Tuscan wedding, the villa fills up: family arriving from abroad, friends from both sides who have never met, everyone a little jet-lagged. The welcome dinner is where these two groups become one crowd, and it works best when it is relaxed.

Why pizza suits the night before

Nobody wants a formal seated dinner the evening before a wedding. Pizza arrives continuously from the counter, people eat when they are hungry, and the evening runs itself. Our pizzaiolo stretches and bakes on site, dough matured 24 hours, four types agreed with you in advance.

What we bring

• — Pizza Party: unlimited Neapolitan pizza for two hours
• — A bar counter: prosecco and spritz for the arrival, beer if you want the All In bar
• — Antipasti to start: Salumi & Formaggi or a cold antipasti buffet

What it costs (+ VAT 10%)

Pizza, bar and antipasti together are our Costiera Amalfitana Pack, 5% less than booking the three services one by one: from €3,160 for up to 30 guests with Bar Basic, €3,880 for 30–50, €4,485 for 50–70, €5,480 for 70–100. With Bar All In, from €3,285.

Or keep it to pizza alone: €1,380 up to 30 guests, €2,000 for 30–50, €2,250 for 50–70, €2,850 for 70–100.

Terms

All prices are + VAT 10%. Each service runs for 2 hours; an extra hour is €200. Transport is €250 within 80 km of Siena, charged once, because everything travels in one vehicle. Beyond 80 km it is quoted separately.

Timing with the wedding day

We set up while you are at the rehearsal or the fitting, serve for two hours, and clear everything away before midnight. Tables and chairs come from the venue; we bring, run and clear everything else.
