VAT is included. Transport of the truck and oven anywhere in Tuscany is included. There is no separate travel line to explain to a client in another time zone.
What we do not provide
Tables and chairs. Those stay with the venue or the rental supplier, as they usually do in your production sheet. We also do not run pre-event tastings.
Why the gas oven matters on your site visits
A number of Tuscan venues restrict open flames. Our oven runs on gas, not wood. That is often the difference between a venue saying yes and a client losing the idea entirely.

Booking
A percentage deposit confirms the date; the exact amount is in the quote. We serve one event at a time, so if you are holding multiple dates in one week, say so at the start.
The simplest way to check availability is WhatsApp with the date, the venue and the guest number. You will get a straight yes or no, not a brochure.
Every band is published, so you can budget before you call.
