Cost per guest, honestly
The bands are flat, so the cost per person drops as the group grows. Pizza only is €75 per person at 30 guests and €32.50 per person at 100. Small groups still pay for a truck, a pizzaiolo and a journey.
What the number does not cover
Tables and chairs. Budget those with your villa or rental supplier. Everything else in the service is inside the price.
Two services or one?
If the budget only stretches to one extra service, most couples put it on the night before the wedding, when the largest number of guests are together and nothing else is planned.
Deposits
A percentage deposit confirms each date; the amount is stated in the quote. Two dates in the same week need to be held together, because we serve one event at a time.
