Twelve to nine months out
The right moment for weekend dates in high season, and for any week where a client wants two services — a welcome dinner and a late-night service need two slots held together.
Nine to six months out
Still comfortable for most midweek dates and for the shoulder season. Guest numbers can be approximate at this stage; the band can be adjusted later.
What we need to hold a date
- The date and the venue
- Roughly how many guests
- Which package: pizza only, with beverages, or with beverages and antipasti
- The rough start time
What confirms it
A percentage deposit, with the amount stated in the quote. Until that is in, the date is not held.
What can change later
Guest numbers within reason, the four pizza types, and dietary counts. What cannot change late is the date itself.
