Pizza food truck catering in Tuscany: how it actually works

The truck, the oven, the three hours, and what you need to have ready at the villa.

Our pizza food truck set up for catering at a Tuscan villa

Food truck catering means the kitchen arrives with the food. There is no rented villa kitchen, no reheating, no plated service. We park, the oven comes up to temperature, and pizza is made in front of your guests for three hours.

What arrives

  • The food truck, with its gas oven built in
  • The pizzaiolo and the service team
  • Neapolitan dough (T.O.P.N.) matured 24 hours, prepared in advance
  • Four types of pizza, agreed with you before the event
  • Beverages and antipasti if your package includes them

Transport is included in the price, anywhere in Tuscany. We do not provide tables and chairs — those come from the venue or a rental supplier.

What the villa needs to have

A flat spot where the truck can park for the whole service, and a route a van-sized vehicle can drive and turn around on. Tuscan country tracks are normal for us. Send the venue name when you write and we will look at it before quoting.

How long it lasts

Three hours of service, with unlimited pizza throughout. We arrive earlier to set up and stay later to clear our own equipment away.

What it costs

From €2,250 for up to 30 guests, pizza only, VAT and transport included. With beverages it is €2,750, and with antipasti €3,250. Bands up to 100 guests are published in full on the prices page.

Who it suits

  • Wedding welcome dinners and rehearsal dinners
  • Late-night food after a reception
  • Day-after lunches at the villa
  • Birthdays, anniversaries and company retreats in the Tuscan countryside

Every package and every guest band is published on the prices page.
