We bring the kitchen
The truck carries its own gas oven and everything needed to run it. Dough is Neapolitan, T.O.P.N., matured 24 hours. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are part of the service.
Timing on a hot day
Late service works well in Val d'Orcia in high summer: guests come back out after the heat drops, and two hours of pizza carries the whole evening without anyone sitting down to a formal menu.
