Transport of the truck and oven is included anywhere in Tuscany. A villa near Pienza costs the same as one twenty minutes from Siena.

We bring the kitchen
The truck carries its own gas oven and everything needed to run it. Dough is Neapolitan, T.O.P.N., matured 24 hours. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are part of the service.
Timing on a hot day
Late service works well in Val d'Orcia in high summer: guests come back out after the heat drops, and three hours of pizza carries the whole evening without anyone sitting down to a formal menu.
