Couples do not get married in Tuscany for one afternoon. Guests fly in for four or five days, stay at or near the villa, and eat every one of those days. The reception gets months of attention. The rest tends to get a WhatsApp message in the last fortnight.
Day one — arrival
People land at Florence and Pisa across the whole day and reach the villa hungry and out of step with each other. This is the evening a three-hour service with unlimited pizza does more work than a seated menu: guests eat as they arrive and meet each other standing up.
Day two — the wedding
The reception dinner is not our part; that belongs to the venue caterer. Where we come back in is later — once the formal meal is finished and the dancing has been going for a few hours, and people who ate at eight are hungry again at midnight.
Day two, late — midnight food
Three hours of pizza coming out continuously keeps the party where it is. It is the part of the week guests describe afterwards, more often than the first course of the reception.
Day three — the day after
Everyone is still at the villa and nobody wants to organise anything. A daytime service, same format, usually a smaller group, and the 0–30 band covers most of them.
What each service costs
Each service is priced from the published list, from €2,250 for up to 30 guests to €5,850 for 100 guests with beverages and antipasti. VAT and transport across Tuscany are included in every band. A percentage deposit confirms each date.
Booking more than one day
Tell us at the start which days you want. We serve one event at a time, so two services in the same week need two slots held together — easier six months out than six weeks out.
