How a mobile pizza party in Tuscany works

A mobile pizza party runs for 2 hours. We arrive in the food truck a couple of hours before service, park on a firm, level spot the truck can reach, and set up. The oven runs on gas, not wood or open flames, which is what most Tuscan villas and wedding venues ask about first. Guests choose from 4 types of pizza, vegetarian and gluten-free included, and pizza keeps coming for the whole service. At the end we clear our own equipment and leave. Tables and chairs are arranged by your venue.
