Short answer: appetites vary too much to plan by the slice, which is why our service does not work that way. Pizza is unlimited for the full three hours, so the planning question disappears.
Why per-person counts go wrong
- Guests who ate a full reception dinner eat one or two slices
- Guests who have been drinking since six eat considerably more
- Children eat unpredictably and always at the wrong moment
- A late service produces different appetites than an early one
How an unlimited service handles it
Pizzas come out continuously for three hours from four types agreed with you in advance. People return when they are hungry rather than being allocated a portion, which is also why there is never a single long queue.
What still needs planning
Dietary numbers. Tell us how many guests need gluten-free or vegetarian pizza when you book, so those are prepared properly rather than improvised.
Price
The bands are by guest count, not by quantity eaten: from €2,250 for up to 30 guests to €5,850 for 100 guests with beverages and antipasti, VAT and transport included.
