These are the questions that arrive most often, answered the same way we answer them on WhatsApp.
How much does it cost?
From €2,250 for up to 30 guests, pizza only, VAT and transport included. €3,250 for up to 100 guests on the same package. With beverages it runs €2,750 to €4,550, and with beverages and antipasti €3,250 to €5,850. Nothing is quoted on request — the whole list is on the prices page.
How long do you stay?
Three hours of service. We arrive well before that to park and heat the oven, and we clear our own equipment afterwards.
How much pizza do we get?
Unlimited, for the full three hours. Guests come back as many times as they want. Nobody counts slices.
Is it wood-fired?
No. The oven on board runs on gas. Many Tuscan venues do not allow wood or open flame outdoors in summer, so this is usually good news rather than bad.
How many types of pizza?
Four, chosen with you in advance. They come out continuously through the service rather than in one round.
Do you have vegetarian and gluten-free options?
Yes. Tell us the numbers in advance and those guests get a real pizza, not a side plate.
Do you bring tables and chairs?
No. Seating is not ours — the villa or a rental supplier provides it. Many couples run the evening mostly standing, with a few long tables for those who want to sit.
Do you travel to our villa?
All of Tuscany: Siena, Chianti, Val d'Orcia, Montalcino, Montepulciano, San Gimignano, Florence, Lucca, Pisa, the Maremma and the coast. Transport is included in the price no matter the distance.
What do you need at the venue?
A flat spot where the truck can park for the service and a route a van-sized vehicle can drive. If you are not sure, send us the venue website and we will look before quoting.
Can you cater the reception dinner?
We do not do seated reception dinners. We do the informal meals around them: welcome dinner, rehearsal dinner, late-night food and the day-after lunch.
How do we hold the date?
A percentage deposit confirms it. The exact amount is written in your quote. We serve one event at a time, so the date is only yours once the deposit is in.
What do you need from us to quote?
The date, the venue name, roughly how many guests, and which evening of the week it is for. That is enough.
How do we reach you?
WhatsApp. It is the fastest way, it works across time zones, and it keeps everything in one thread you can scroll back through.
