Chianti is wine country with wedding venues built into working estates. Beautiful, and full of gravel drives, olive terraces and gates that were not designed for catering vehicles. None of that is a problem if it is discussed early.
What the evening looks like
We arrive, set up, and serve for three hours. Four types of pizza, chosen with you beforehand, coming out continuously. Guests eat standing, sitting, walking around with a slice. Nobody is waiting for a course.

Access at estate venues
We need a flat spot the truck can reach and stand on, and enough clearance to open up and work safely. Ask your venue where delivery vehicles park; that is almost always the right place. Send us a photo if you are unsure.
Gas, not wood
Several Chianti estates restrict open flames in and around the vines, especially in summer. Our oven runs on gas.
What we do not bring
Tables and chairs. The estate or your rental supplier covers those.
Booking
A percentage deposit confirms the date, with the amount stated in your quote. Send the date, the estate name and a guest number and we will tell you straight away whether we are free.
Welcome dinner, late-night pizza and the day after.
