Every guest list has them: the two vegetarians, the coeliac cousin, the child who eats nothing with green on it. At a destination wedding it is worse, because you are agreeing a menu in a language you do not speak with a supplier you have not met.
What we offer
Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available. Tell us the numbers in advance and those guests get a pizza of their own, out of the same oven, at the same time as everyone else.
Why pizza is easier than a plated menu
- There is no fixed course order, so nobody sits watching others eat
- Guests see what they are taking before they take it
- Four types are running continuously, so there is always a choice
- Children eat the same food as the adults, which they prefer

What we need from you, and when
Numbers rather than names: how many vegetarian, how many gluten-free. Send them when you confirm the four pizza types with us, not on the day. We do not run pre-event tastings, so the menu conversation happens by message.
The dough
The standard dough is authentic Neapolitan, T.O.P.N., matured 24 hours. That long maturation is the difference between pizza that sits heavily and pizza people eat three of at eleven at night.

What it costs
Dietary options do not change the published prices: from €2,250 for up to 30 guests, VAT and transport included, three hours of unlimited pizza. The whole list is on the prices page.
Send us your numbers and your dietary list with the date.
